The minimum order for most pieces is 6 units per color of a style. Your total order must have a minimum of 12 units. Certain items may have a different minimum requirement, which will be noted on the item page.
YETI items –YETI drinkware items have a 48-piece minimum per color of a style, and must be ordered in case-pack increments of 6 pieces. In some cases, styles/colors can be combined to meet the 48-piece minimum order. Minimum orders for YETI coolers vary by style, and are based on order volume. Please contact PK Craft for more information on ordering YETI coolers.
Inventory is displayed on each item’s page. This inventory is subject to change at any time, and placing your order online does not guarantee inventory. You’ll be contacted by a PK Craft team member if there is any issue with your order.
Orders typically take 3-4 weeks from order placement to shipment. All items on your order will ship together once completed. Once you place your order, a PK Craft team member can provide you with an estimated ship date for your order. It’s our goal to ship all orders as quickly as possible, and rush requests can be accommodated.
For most items on our site, we will accept undecorated sample returns for up to 60 days with no restocking fees. All samples must have original tags attached and be in resellable condition. Please contact us for more information or to place a sample order.
Yeti:We are unable to provide samples of Yeti items. To experience a Yeti product before purchasing with your logo, please visit yeti.com or a local Yeti dealer.
You receive a discount off the retail price, based on the total number of pieces on your order:
Item decoration is $5 per logo, per item, with a maximum of 2 logos added to each item on an order. For embroidered logos larger than 7,000 stitches, a surcharge may apply. There is no setup fee on your order’s first logo. Any additional logos are subject to a $75 setup fee. This setup is a one-time fee - once we have your logo on file, future logo setup fees will be waived.
YETI Drinkware is priced at a 15% discount off retail at all quantities, with a $5 laser engraving charge. YETI Coolers are priced based on your logo and overall order. Please contact PK Craft for a quote.

We accept all major credit cards, which must be entered during checkout. When your order is placed, the credit card is authorized and you may see a hold on these funds in your account. This is not a charge. Your credit card is not charged until the order ships. Please be sure to enter the correct billing address associated with your credit card during checkout.
We also accept Purchase Orders from select organizations with established credit terms. Please contact ParsonsKellogg for more information.
You must have written permission to sell any Patagonia or Yeti gear, decorated or undecorated, directly to consumers. This gear may not be sold in gift shops, at events, etc. Other brands on our site are exempt from these rules.
We offer various decoration methods that ensure you’re satisfied with the decoration of your gear.
For most apparel items, hats, and bags, we’ll decorate using embroidery. Embroidery is precise, professional, and long-lasting, making it an attractive decoration method for your logo. We’ll accept any file type for embroidery artwork, but prefer the highest resolution possible. We’ll also accept .DST files appropriately sized for your order. Embroidered logos include up to 15 colors at the same price.
On t-shirts, we’ll apply your logo using either traditional screenprinting, direct-to-garment printing, or heat transfers. All three methods allow your logo to be displayed creatively and in full color. We’ll select the appropriate method for your items based on your artwork. For these methods, we’ll need vector-based artwork (typically saved as .eps, .ai, or .pdf files). Your logo’s colors may be limited based on the decoration method used.
We’re proud to offer YETI products customized with your logo. There are different methods for decorating hard coolers and drinkware.
Rambler Drinkware, including tumblers and water bottles, are typically decorated using laser engraving or ablation. Due to the laser engraving process, your logo appears in one color. For the powder-coated colors, the laser removes the top coat of color and reveals the stainless steel layer. Your logo is displayed in high-resolution and high-contrast. For stainless steel drinkware, the laser engraves your logo in black.
Tundra and Roadie Series hard coolers can be customized with your logo in up to three colors. Logos are centered on the lid of the coolers. Customizing YETI hard coolers requires you to meet a minimum order threshold, and typical lead time is 4-6 weeks. Please contact us for more information.
Your logo can be added to your order right from our website. Upload your logo under My Account > Manage Logo. Then, when adding items to your cart, you will select the logo and logo location. Logos must be formatted as JPG, GIF, TIF, PNG, or BMP files to use this feature.
If you do not want to add your logo online, or are unable to upload the file, please email the logo to email@example.com and reference your order number.
All customers will receive an email containing a photo proof of their logo, free of charge.
All items ordered must be decorated. We cannot sell blank products. All logos intended for placement on Patagonia items are subject to approval by Patagonia. All orders, including sample orders, must be submitted with a PDF logo for approval.
We ship via UPS, and you can select your shipment method at checkout. Keep in mind that the time in transit is after the 3-4 week production time.
We do not accept returns on items that have been decorated, except in cases of damaged or incorrect product. Once you receive your order, please check it for accuracy and quality as soon as possible. If there are any issues on your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt.
Approved sample orders can be returned within 60 days of receipt. All samples must have original tags attached and be in resellable condition.
